YORK, SC – The 2018 Southern Sound Series is ready to roll at the McCelvey Center’s Lowry Family Theatre. Dedicated to providing the regional community with authentic contemporary performances, the series showcases musical genres that are steeped in the multi-cultural origins of the Carolinas. The 2018 Southern Sound Series is presented by Rock Hill Coca-Cola. The new lineup includes Nikki Lane, the Steel Wheels, the Mark O’Connor Band, and Rhiannon Giddens. See the website for details.
