Registration Required

This session is for telescope users (all ages) with telescopes having apertures between four and eight inches. John A. Read, author of 50 Targets for the Mid-Sized Telescope, will highlight the best objects visible in the  Carolina skies. If you know how to find a few objects in the night sky, but are looking to get the best out of your telescope – this talk is for you. A dessert reception will follow the program.

Cost: $20 ticket per person includes one reserved copy of  50 Targets for the Mid-Sized Telescope, program and reception. Limited to 15 tickets.
Culture & Heritage Museums Members and Sky-gazers: Free (program and reception only)
Non-Members: $8 adults, $7 Seniors, $5 Students (program and reception only)
