International, Independent, Short Film Festival:
Established in 2012, by the Arts Council of York County, the festival has been successful in its efforts to showcase the finest in indie film-making from across the globe. The Underexposed Film Festival yc seeks to provide a stage for both budding and established artists while producing a motivating and supportive environment in which the filmmaker’s creativity can thrive. Underexposed Film Festival yc goes above and beyond by actively looking for the undiscovered talent waiting to be exposed. We seek diversity in storytelling and provide an opportunity for selected filmmakers to screen in the same forum while encouraging dialogue between the two.
Running March 1st – 4th, the 2017 Underexposed Film Festival yc welcomes filmmakers and movie lovers to Winthrop University in Old Town Rock Hill, SC.
