Join us for The King’s Counterpoint. On this Veteran’s Day, we will remember those who have gone before us in sharing songs of remembrance and a few of the many wonderful settings of David’s Lament, including compositions by Tompkins, Weelkes, Ramsey, Billings, Gombert, excerpts from Victoria’s Officium Defunctorium for 6 voices, Blatchly’s Wonderful For the Fallen, The Souls of the Righteous by Geraint Lewis, and Graham Keitch’s moving Absalon fili mi, composed for this ensemble.
