This is a FREE safe trick or treating event with a live broadcast by WRHI. The main stage is at Fountain Park on East Main Street. More than 25 vendors are scheduled to participate. A costume contest will take place (registration at 4 PM) with age categories as follows: Infant to 2 years; 3-4 years; 5-6 years; 7-8 years, and 9-10 years. Special guests are the Rock Hill Fire Department and the York County Library Bookmobile.
