Bring your telescope (any size), and we’ll show you how to use it! Using a telescope seems simple, but sometimes the view may be blurry, and you might want to know what those extra knobs or levers do. John A Read, author of “50 Things to See with a Small Telescope,” and members of the Carolina Sky-gazers Amateur Astronomy Club will provide personalized, individual attention to help you get the most from your telescope.
John Read’s books will be available in the Museum Store for purchase.
Cost: Free with Museum Admission ($8 adults, $7 seniors, $5 children, free for CHM members)
